Payment

Delivery

Doorstep delivery (except for bulky items) is only within Singapore (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and the following scale of charges applies:

• Delivery will be made within 3-5 working days after the order is placed.
• A $20 delivery fee will be charged for purchases under $100.
• Single purchases over $100 will receive free local delivery. Please note that free deliveries are ONLY available to SINGAPORE address.
• CBD areas will incur an additional $20 delivery charge.

Note:

Delivery to the customer`s premises shall be made solely at the request of the relevant customer and Fischer Bell Private Ltd shall not be responsible for any damage within the premises. In the event that the customer does not receive the goods on the date/time specified, the customer has the option of collecting the goods from our warehouse themselves or paying a re-delivery charge as per the delivery charge above.

International Shipping

All rates quoted are based on estimated dimension and weight. The seller maintains the least amount of responsibility on the cargo, and agrees to deliver it to the seller’s premises. Once the goods have arrived at the destination, the buyer assumes all risk and responsibility. Buyer is responsible for paying insurance, export fees from the seller’s facility, and the destination import fees. With EXW, the buyer is responsible for arranging transportation of goods.

Availability

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within Singapore or in relation to bookings made from Singapore. You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of any downloads, programmes and text available through this website for any particular purpose.
